ANNUAL SCHEDULING PROCEDURE
The user shall submit to the operator a completed form of the annual service schedule for the next gas year, taking into account:
- The time between the arrival of two LNG carries, which may not be less than 36 hours
- In case when the exact date of LNG carrier arrival is unknown, a time period of a maximum four days is allowed, and in the monthly service schedule, a time range of a maximum one day
- Projection of LNG regasification capacity for a single gas day, which shall not be higher than the maximum allowable LNG regasification rate, nor lower than the minimum allowable LNG regasification rate, and in accordance with the technical conditions of the terminal
- Capacity limitations of the gas transmission system at the terminal exit
- Tehnical specification of the LNG terminal
SCHEDULING ON BEHALF OF THE OPERATOR
If it is not possible to compose service schedules using the methods listed above, each user is allocated an average regasification capacity – flat rate (his annual capacity divided by the number of gas days).
